The spacious "Pearl" villa at Ocean Keyes was recently named the best multi-family home along the Grand Strand by the Horry-Georgetown Home Builders Association. Featuring 1388 square feet, the Pearl was judged best in its price category for quality of construction in the organization's inaugural Fall Tour of Homes in October.
