Beach Villas area receives new road surfacing

Developers are putting the finishing touches on the roads in the Beach Villas area. With construction complete in that area of Ocean Keyes, the roads received a fresh top-coat in the days following Thanksgiving.

Prior to the holiday, crews worked on the parking lots and walkways in the Beach Villas area of the community to prepare the area for the paving project. The following week, steamrollers and asphalt layers moved in and put down the new surface.

“Unlike other developers in this economy, we at Ocean Keyes once again follow through with promises made to homeowners,” said developer Russell Baltzer. We realize that putting these finishing touches is the best way to keep Ocean Keyes one of the best places to live on the Grand Strand.”

Making a little room for some R&R

The latest Clubhouse has been furnished with tables and chairs for eat-in events, and  sofa and sitting area  provide for a relaxing view of the HDTV. The club house also includes a kitchenette for fixing snacks or preparing side dishes for a barbecue or other events.
